Instructions:

1.All form information is stored on an undisclosed e-mail account located on our server.  You must leave some form of contact information either an e-mail address or telephone number in order for us to return your quote. Contracts for transport are sent via e-mail or fax

2.Once you receive your quote, return to www.hawgtrax.com  and make your deposit using the PayPal  "Pay Now" button located on this page. Your deposit amount will be equal to 10% of your total quoted price. We require a minimum deposit of $100

3.  Once your deposit payment has been received and contract returned, your load is then considered booked.. We will then post your load on our Password Protected Load Board. Your Load will then be assigned to the first available driver.

4. Once assigned, you will be sent a Load Confirmation Number for Tracking. We will supply you with Driver Contact Information and all scheduling of Pick-up and Delivery will be handled directly with you and your carrier.
