Terms and Conditions

HawgTrax MotorSports  offers a premier service to it's customers and only allows the best in their field to operate under our guidelines. You must maintain a businesslike attitude at all times. Carry yourself down the high road and never let anything or anyone shake you of your professional demeanor. Always be helpful, polite and courteous to my customers. They are paying the way!

 

1. All Drivers must have and maintain current DOT / MC #s  and UCR.

2. Adequate levels of insurance must be in force during service with HawgTrax MotorSports.

3.  All Medical cards, operators license, truck/trailer inspections, Tags, Taxes,

    Log Books and related Permits, Registrations  must be current and up to date.

4. For those entering Canada,  all Canadian Authority,  Passports, Birth Certificates must be current and up to date.

5. Your equipment must be properly maintained and able to pass DOT inspections at any time during transport of our customers property.

6. All Safety Equipment( as required by DOT) must be on truck at all times during transport of our customers property.

 

 

 

7. Upon registration with HawgTrax MotorSports you will be required to fill out a Drivers Pak. This is for verification of your qualifications to transport on behalf of HawgTrax MotorSports.  You must fill out all documents and return them to us for verification.  Any Drivers Pak not fully completed will be rejected.

8. After forms are returned to our office,  we will review  your information and either accept or deny your registration. 

9. Upon acceptance, you will be notified by us and given a password. This password allows you access to our Load Board.

10. Once a load has been selected, you must either call in to the office  or send an e-mail stating job preferences by load number.

11. We then will assign loads according to first available trucks, location or performance.                                                                                                  

12. Bills of Lading and Dispatch Sheet will be sent via e-mail or fax.

13. Confirmation of load will be acknowledged by this office before load is assigned or dispatched to driver. Simply sending in a Load  request does not guarantee Load placement.

14. You must be able to pick up Load within 7 days and deliver in 10 days unless otherwise specified by this office or per customer request.

15. Once load is picked up, call the customer to advise on pickup and delivery of their shipment.  Give daily updates as to  progress thru e-mails and phone correspondence.

16. In most cases, a deposit paid by customer will  cover booking of loads. Balance will be paid in cash to driver upon delivery. Therefore no pre-payments are allowed.
